ID Badge Office Information

The Airport Access/ID Office is located on the baggage claim level of the Landside Terminal, near Baggage Claim “P.”

 
Closing Days

The Airport Access/ID office is closed on Saturday, Sunday, and the following observed holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Martin Luther King Day
  • Presidents Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Juneteenth
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Veterans Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day

Note : Childcare services are not provided.

OpenOffice Hours

The ACAA ID Badge Office is now open Monday through Friday from 8am – 4pm. Office hours to review the SIDA Security video and complete the associated test are from 8am – 2:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Fingerprint scheduling

To schedule a fingerprinting appointment, Authorized Signatories (Security Liaisons) must use the MyPITID Portal.

Individuals are asked to arrive at the Access/ID Office 10 minutes prior to the beginning of their appointment.

If an appointment needs to be canceled, the Authorized Signatory must do so at their earliest convenience. Appointments can be canceled up to two hours prior to the scheduled time through the MyPITID Portal. Appointments that need to be canceled within two hours of the scheduled time require a call or email to the Access/ID Office.

 
Ground Vehicle Operator Training Update

Our new Learning Management System (LMS) simplifies training needs. All airport ID badge holders who have driving privileges (Movement or Non-Movement badge icon) on the airfield can take the applicable movement or non-movement ground vehicle operator (GVO) training via eLearning from any location of their choice. Contact your Authorized Signatory for more information. Log in at pitairportelearning.com.

 

Additional Information

Employees needing to review only the SIDA Security Video should arrive 1.5 hours prior to closing.

Employees with driving privileges should arrive 2.5 hours prior to closing.

All applicants for an Airport ID must present Identity and work authorization documents when applying or renewing their badge:

Non-US Citizens must present their Alien Registration Card OR foreign passport along with their I-94/visa control number.

US Citizens, who were born abroad , must present their passport OR a Certificate of Naturalization OR a Certification of Birth Abroad, form DS-1350.

There is a $55.00 fee for the fingerprinting process, payable by Cash, Money Order, VISA, Discover or Mastercard/ Debit Cards, or Corporate Check. Additional Fees are listed below.

All badge requests must be submitted through the MyPITID Portal.
