Voices of Pittsburgh

As you board the trains between the Airside and Landside Terminals, listen up. You never know who might be welcoming you to Pittsburgh or wishing you well on your travels.

Whether it’s University of Pittsburgh Chancellor Patrick Gallagher welcoming students and families back to town for a new academic year or Vivien Li, CEO of Riverlife Pittsburgh, talking up our beautiful riverfronts and outdoor recreation, the voices on the trains will continually change to showcase current events and people from the region.

Larry Richert, co-host of the KDKA-AM morning show, was the first voice in June 2016, welcoming fans of the U.S. Open held at Oakmont Country Club, followed by Mike Lange celebrating the Pittsburgh Penguins in the Stanley Cup Final. During Steelers season, don't be surprised to hear Bill Hillgrove hyping "Sixburgh," along with our Mayor and County Executive.
