MEDIA ADVISORY: Airport, TSA and AAA to Discuss Travel Projections and Tips for Upcoming Holiday Travel Season

What: Join Airport Authority CEO Christina Cassotis, representatives from TSA and AAA as they discuss the busiest upcoming travel days, passenger traffic statistics, and offer tips and guidance on getting through the holiday lines as quickly as possible. The airport is on track to finish the year with the highest number of passengers since 2007, meaning this year’s holiday rush is expected to see an equal increase in traffic. During the next three weeks, airlines will offer about 600,000 total seats to and from Pittsburgh International Airport.

When/Where: 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 18 – Pittsburgh International Airport, Ticketing Level, Landside Terminal, near the American Airlines counter.
