I-376 CROSSOVER PREP WORK BEGINS MARCH 6

Pittsburgh – PennDOT District 11 is announcing crossover preparatory work on Interstate 376 in Findlay and Moon townships, Allegheny County, will begin Monday, March 6 weather permitting.
 
Intermittent single-lane restrictions will occur on I-376 in both directions between Beaver County and the McClaren Road (Exit 56) interchange. Restrictions will occur weekdays from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the westbound direction and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the eastbound direction as crews from Swank Construction Company LLC begin median crossover work for the resumption of the $66.34 million roadway reconstruction project.
 
Additionally, concrete patching and roadway rehabilitation work will occur on the eastbound ramps between Business Loop 376/Flaugherty Run and Clinton Road adjacent to eastbound I-376.  Lane and shoulder closures will occur on the ramps through Wednesday, April 5.
 
Motorists should use caution and allow extra time when traveling through the area.
