PITTSBURGH FLIGHT TRAINING CENTER PURCHASES STATE-OF-THE-ART AIRCRAFT TO TRAIN PILOTS

West Mifflin, PA – Pittsburgh Flight Training Center, Western PA’s largest and most-tenured flight school, is proud to announce the purchase of a 2017 Cessna 172 Skyhawk that will be based at their Allegheny County Airport facility. The state-of-the-art aircraft will be fully-integrated into the training offered by Pittsburgh Flight Training Center. The Cessna 172 provides students with an aircraft design focused on students. The Garmin G1000nxi flight deck provides students with the most advanced flight deck available in a training environment.

"We're proud to offer our students the very best training available,” said Frank Beresnyak, General Manager of Pittsburgh Flight Training Center. “The Cessna 172 is a great addition to the fleet of aircraft we have to help our customers achieve their goals. With the looming pilot shortage and our partnership with the Community College of Allegheny County, this new aircraft will position the school to better serve our aspiring aviation community.”
